Ownership

The Site as a whole, as well as the elements that compose it (including, in particular, texts, site structure, software, animations, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, etc.), constitute works of the mind protected by intellectual property law. They are the exclusive property of IVUS, which is the sole entity authorised to use the said intellectual property rights and related personality rights, trademarks, designs, works of the mind, software, databases, performances, and images of persons, either as original owner or by virtue of an express licence or authorisation.

Sanctions

The use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than personal and private use for non-commercial purposes by the user, is strictly prohibited. Any violation of IVUS's rights exposes the perpetrator to the sanctions provided for by law.
